I believe the 7 pin ASSA is the standard high security lock in Sweeden. If you are just learning to pick you want to start with something easier than this lock for sure.

To answer your question yes, you need to pick the pin that binds first. Repeat this process until the lock opens. Search google for the MIT guide to lockpicking for a beginners guide to help you start out  .
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

Barry only opened that lock by bumping. They seem to be a real bad to open. You chould start by some standard Euro cylinder

The absolutely most common locks in Sweden are:
ASSA 701 SCD 7-pin
ASSA 712 SCD 7-pin
ASSA 5800 etc.(Twin, v10) 7-pin + sidebar(more common than one could think)
ASSA 5-pin(less common)

SOMETIMES:
EVVA
ALFA(GeGe)

NEVER:
Euro-cylinders.
"The cheer line"- Common Swedish misspelling

Are you a locksmith? If you're not I advise you to star over something easy. I said euro-cilinders because that's the one I know that is very good for both the experienced and the begginer. If you can't get one just get something easy from sweden. I'm not familiar with the locks that you mencioned.
