Send anothe rmail it could have got lost, make sure you put a relevant heading in the title and try to make it read so it makes sence, use somthign like bablefish.com or such like,

Your welcome to post here what you want to say if your struggleing and we can word it better for you if your struggleing with the language barrier,

It maybe that they didnt understand it and just trashed the mail im sorry to say, other than that maybe the 4th July celibrations have held things up a bit,

Check your spam box and trash box to make sure your system hasnt put any repy in there by mistake.

I was very happy with my last orders about a month ago. Communication was however a little bit slow, but the products were very good.

Yeah, I've just ordered off them too, about a week ago. No tracking number, nobody on the end of the phone, and no email response as of yet. Not very happy so far...

5 days for an international order is not that much time, especially if it gets caught up in customs. Im sure it will come eventually just give it time.

They may have a staff member off or a backlog from 5th July holiday to.

"pending" involves "not sent" : objects not sent cannot be received :p

Normally once payment is accepted the item is sent. Maybe they are waiting for stock?? They should respond to your email though to let you know whats happening.

Yes, I'm beginning to worry after 7 days and no reply. I'm sending more emails, and cant contact them on the phone yet... :?

I mean, it might arrive in 2 days, and that's the end of it, but I mean, I would have thoguht they would have sent SOMETHING. But, I suppose, as long as peoplee report success with them, I'll assume they're just working with a backlog or something.

They're on vacation from July 1st to July 5th, orders will be a little backed up.
Last time I placed an order my stuff arrived in 3 days, it was amazing. give them time to catch up, they're a good company.

Important Announcements:Our offices and shipping department will be closd from Saturday, July 1st through Wed, July 5th. All orders placed during this time will be shipped when we return from our break This includes Expedited as well as all regular domestic and international orders.
