I think that you will find that most guys that live in Perth
either:
a) make their own picks from hacksaw blades: or
b) order from lockpickshop.com otherwise get a set of SouthOrds from
people that they know online that live this side of customs.
(not that I think that is an issue anyway, we are more concerned about
fruit crossing the borders, than guns and drugs and stuff LOL).
And yes, Lockwoods are decent locks to pick. I believe that overseas, they have a 'Lockwood' too, but not the same quality (or company).
Get yourself some hacksaw blades.
Go to Red Dot or the TwoBuckShop and get a set of wiper blades.
The metal strips in those are awesome for tension wrenches.
If you do a search for 'Bogota' you can make a set of those from wiper blade strips too, without much filing.
