Well, I just got my first batch of pick made!!

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

It's certainly preferable to have a little extra material on the picks that you can file down later vs. cutting them too fine at first and having them break.

Very nice work. I should say that I was somewhat disappionted when I didn't see the "interesting pick" finished and dipped. :)

Seriosly, nice work man. The only thing I see is that like already said, the half diamonds look a bit high...but like already said as well, I'm no expert. If they work, then they work. :lol:

newbie as well and made these a few days ago as u can tell from hacksaw blades ---didnt get to clean them up but they work reallly good --
i made another set (4) to replace these today from stainless steel
no pic yet of the new ones sorry -- and they work even better then these ---
