i think im going to buy some picks but i am a newbie so i need advice to know whats good cheap, i dont want any car pics, just those to open up simple lock like on frontdoors. pls help
thx, i already have the half dimond, i bought i beginners set once, i doest work good thogh but what is a tension tool and what do you mean with a pick (i am VERY new at this )
I'm not sure what you mean by a single sided pick, but that's all you need. You said that it doesn't work -- do you really mean that you don't yet have the skill to use it? If not, why doesn't it work?
I would get this set http://www.lockpicks.com/product.asp?0=204&1=217&3=273 but I will admit that it is over kill. You might want to read the MIT guide and try to pick some locks with the tools you already have. After you have done that then decide what tools you think would be useful and go from there.
Be Careful, ASSA has some locks that are nearly impossible to pick, you might want to practice on some cheap padlocks first and try and find out if your ASSA lock is a high security lock. You wouldn't want to spend to much time trying to pick it if it's one of their highest quality locks.
