I guess I really don't understand your question. All you need is the space and depth info with the rotation codes.
For visual decoding of the key hold it in your left hand looking at the bitting surface facing you. Angles will be straight across, left, or right
For biaxial, you can break the cuts down into fore and aft cuts and center cuts.
The table would looks similar to this I think if I remember the letter designations correctly:

Aft Cuts
Medeco cuts are .170" center to center on the cuts with a fore cut being .031" before the centerline and and aft cut being .031" after the centerline.
