You can buy both blanks, and factory-original pre-cut keys, on ebay.
Usually, the sellers of the pre-cuts are locksmiths, unloading the piles of pairs that start to accumulate in the shop over time. I buy a bunch every so often, because even though I have a good key-cutter, (with a sharp wheel,) some locks, notably Schlage, really like factory originals when you're rekeying them, so I always prefer using Schlage factory cut keys whenever possible.
I don't accumulate as many Schlage keys as I used to, because I prefer to install good quality, off-shore-made generics these days. Once-upon-a-time, Schlage used to make a fair-to-middling, residential-grade deadbolt, called the B160. It started to tinker with the design, and came up with a piece of junk called the B360. It's been a disaster. (Except to the locksmithing trades-people who come to fix/replace them.) Yet Schlage continue to fiddle, hoping to resolve the problems.
Anyway, The sellers of blanks, (they seem to sell them in boxes of 50 or more) seem to be regular sellers, and if you don't want such a large number, say only ten or so, I'm sure you could arrange a private sale with a buy-it-now deal.
