Alright dud ethis is what you need all can be found at habor freight.
They have a mini grinder there, it will be on the tables with the other grinders.. only this on will be smaller, it has a nice buffing wheel (cloth wheel) on it as well for polishing.
Go to the sharpening Isle (ray will appreciate this) and get a set of needle files, mine were a $1.50 usd. this will make intricate work and rounded a breeze.
Go to the Lube Isle, and somewhere in the midst you will find Rubber dip, this is a rubbery liquid (yes comes in red black ect.) Simly dip you finished pick handle in it, let it dry, Viola you have a rubber grip handel.
You can go to the electrical isle, here look for heat shrink, the actually have a bag there for like $1.70, this iwll have black, red, and white heat shrink strips. Buy these Blacks good for handels, red you might have to strech with plyers gently, and the white is good for tensions.
Next, make you way to wal mart. In the windshild wiper isle back by the sporting goods, you will find WINDSHEILD WIPERS, get the 20 or 22 in wipers, one or two will last you long enough. you do not neet to eat or temper these to bend.
Lastly the Dremel, Buyt he brand name one, with the FLex arm, and go buck wild with attachments, there all nifty and do diffrent jobs. Have questions about a few ask.
Last than Lastley you will need a can of spray SILICON lubricant, and also a set of emeroy paper (black colored sanding paper) And grap another packet of 1600 grit becuase the stuff goes fast.
If you want handels superglue will work just fine.
