Baking soda is the same stuff with an additional ingrediant i think but you will get bi-carb from the same place as the baking soda or the local chemist,

You may also find it in home brewery stores but im not sure on that one,

Bicarbonate of Soda = sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3)

Sodium Bicarbonate is just plain old baking soda.

Caustic Soda=Lye=sodium hydroxide = NaOH
Its a strong base, and would require an acid to neutrailize (vinegar would work)

Oh, and for completeness whate vinegar is a 5% solution of acetic acid in water. Acetic acid = CH3COOH
