1) The picks you'll need vary from person to person but usually all the average lockpick(er) will need is a C (snake)-rake, a short hook, and a small half diamond.
2) The PXS-14 is cheaper than the MPXS-11 because the PXS-14 does not have reinforced handles.
3) The difference : a) one has metal reinforced handles (one doesnt), One has more picks, The sizes of the case they come in is different.
4) I wouldn't reccomend getting a pratice lock. Maybe get a few normal locks and use them as locks to practice with.
5) I have placed an order on lockpicktools.com They sell tubular picks for about 50$ each. I'm not sure if it's reliable tho,(I haven't recieved my order yet) I'll post later on this subject.
6) I'm not sure about the model number of the electric picks. Could you post a link?
7) Manual guns can be more effective but they require pratice to get used to. Also they only work on certain types of locks.

Plug spiners work like this : If you pick the lock in the wrong direction, Plug spinners will spin the lock in the correct direction so you dont have to pick it again.
