hello! i've never really commented much on here, as you can tell by the pathetic total on the left <-------! Even so i've been registered for ages and i've read every god-damn thing on here! Thanks to you all for that!
Anyway i'll get to the point, i remember reading ages ago that a 8 pin tubular pick works on the 7 pin left and right offset locks, is that right? I really can't remember much about it, also whats the deal with the domed centres? I realise its like an anti drilling technique or something as i had to drill another one at work the other day and it takes FOREVER! The locks we use actually have the domed centres, not the sort that have like a small ball-bearing in them. (Is there a difference in profile of these or is it just a different companies way of making them?). I've wanted a set of the HPC ones for a while but never bought any as its still unclear in my mind. I want to be able to open 7's with and without offsets, and also 8's... BUT as i said i come across a lot of the domed sort (i install media projectors in security cages and the moron teachers always, always lose the keys).
I've searched on the site but i didn't find this exact kind of subject so i thought i'd ask..
Please help me, i'm sick of standing on ladders drilling locks!
I must have the biggest collection of blunt 6 & 10mm's in england!
