To answer your question though, that's a key for a Schlage Primus Everest high security lock. The cuts on top are like on any regular pin tumbler key. The cuts on the side are for finger pins that control the sidebar. They are a very hard lock to pick. Distribution of those keyblanks is restricted and copies can only be made by the locksmith who set up the system. Even if it were a regular, non restricted Everest key you'll still not find many locksmiths that stock the blank for the C245 keyway. It's generally only used in very large, multisectional master key systems.
