Im not sure you can do that in a non destructive way, but there is a visible pin i the edge of the lock, this is most likely the thing that holds the cylinder in, open the lock and look down the shackle hole to see if there is any way to reach this pin from inside. I don't have the lock here so Im not sure if the pin is on the schackle hole edge.
that pin, maybe hardened and press fitted' it could even be splined.
I think that if you take an american brand padlock apart, (screw inside shackle hole) you will be looking at a very similiar cylinder.
