Get outta here. My little nephew is 7 months old. I'm going to my brother's this week and I'm gonna get stuck watching the little guy. Last time I tried to use some of the time to pick, but he won't let my attention be diverted from him unless SpongeBob is on. Thankfully he seems delighted by the sound of a padlock shackle popping open, and as long as I go sit by him with one of my practice locks and pop it open over and over he giggles and shakes his little plastic keys.
Sorry, back to the topic. I see you have made many super small handles. I can only assume this is shortage of materials or to work next to door frames? Anyway, instead of making them smaller you can add a small bend to accomodate tight spaces, or even a full loop like
