The Southord rubber grips aren't terrible, but it is really a matter of style and preference. If you've got a lot of flat picks with no handles and you are using them most of the day and your hands start to sweat and your skin softens up, then they are great. They are not really good with feed back though. I prefer something solid like aluminum or even a hard plastic is okay. However, if you like putting about three coats of plasti-dip on your picks, you'll probably like the Southord rubber grips, and they're reusable and much much more durable than shrink wrap or plasti-dip.
There's nothing what can't be done with a lil Trailer Park Ingenuity.
