I am a jeweler and I used to have a job manufacturing jewelry for fairly high end stores. I have some nice tools, but i am not using any CNC mills or any machine tools to make these. Its all laying it out by hand, and grinding on the belt grinder or with a rotary tool. I finish with hand sanding. They aren't bead blasted, the finish is done with scotch brite pads. Any unevenness in the bead blasting shows up as dark spots after its anodized. My bead blaster is too small to give a nice even finish.
