sure, you insert a wrench, and then insert a pick and raise the pins to create a shearline and then the lock will open.

Now, please post a pic of your lock so we can see which Tesa model it is. Some locks are more difficult than others, some contain security pins, sidebars, trap pins, and paracentric keyways. Your request is simply too vague.

if you do not have a camera, maybe you can find your lock in this catalog:

Is the most usual cilinder in Spain, and one of more dificult to pick.Has got 5 serrated pins. You can rake it or pick it pin by pin with very light tension.
I'm speaking of tesa t5,not tesa security cilinders, that are very more dificult to pick.
This is a video of an opening:

Aha!

You have very dramatic low-high-low-high-low bitting (key cuts) This most always makes picking more difficult.

It is pickable, and you will feel very good about yourself when you pick that lock!

good luck,

Please keep your images limited to 600WX800T size to prevent extra wide pages which require scrolling to view text written in posts.

For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

Keep trying, and also, be sure your picks are sanded smooth, also, you may find that some very light lubrication will change the way it responds to picking, no guarantee that it will be easer though, still these are the things I would try
Wake up and smell the Kafka!!!
