sure, you insert a wrench, and then insert a pick and raise the pins to create a shearline and then the lock will open.
Now, please post a pic of your lock so we can see which Tesa model it is. Some locks are more difficult than others, some contain security pins, sidebars, trap pins, and paracentric keyways. Your request is simply too vague.
