Most of the medium security brinks padlocks have all spooled drivers. Is it brass, or laminated steel?

Photos of the lock and keyway? That would help. The couple I have are all spooled.

Also depends on what you define as a "spool" Some of them have what are sometimes called "sporrated" pin, which are more commonly found on American (the brand) locks. (Serrated at the top and bottom, spool in the middle... <insert mullet jokes here>)

Lock racking can help you but it is little bit tricky - it will be much easier to help after taking a look of that lock. Anyways, try it :)

from what i know they mostly have 3 spools. in the 1st, 3rd, and 4th positions. set the 2nd to get a false set then pick the rest of them. they should give a lot of feed back. i know some one thats had about 10 of these locks and they're all the same. i've only had one but it's the same too.
