Well from the sound of things you've got the drivers down past the shearline? Just get the backside of your pick and push the drivers all up to the shearline, rotate and then pop out the plug (with a plug follower of course). Driver pins and springs are now all back in their place and you can repin your lock :)

Should fix things for you?

Come to think of it though, is the shackle open? If it is you could just pop the plug out and take the cylinder cap off. Not much use if the shackles closed though....

Alternatively, if you don't have a hook long enough to push the drivers up past the shear line, just take something and rap the back of the cylinder a good one. You'll ruin the springs but it will usually get it out.

if you locked it you are well lets just say your fuc**ed

only think is by using a thin long hook or puttin extremely hard pressure while turning the plug...the springs will die and will have to be replaced

ok, there are two types of 234 - 245 cylinders..there is the factory cylinder and cylinder retaining plug, or there is the replacement setup, which looks like an abus 83/45 lock ... which one?

if its the replacement setup, put medium torque on the plug, and push all of the pins down with a feeler, or similar pick.

hopefully you have the replacement cylinder, and hopefully its out of the lock housing...if not well read my spring killing method above, but thats a last resort... it can ruin you lock
