ok, there are two types of 234 - 245 cylinders..there is the factory cylinder and cylinder retaining plug, or there is the replacement setup, which looks like an abus 83/45 lock ... which one?
if its the replacement setup, put medium torque on the plug, and push all of the pins down with a feeler, or similar pick.
hopefully you have the replacement cylinder, and hopefully its out of the lock housing...if not well read my spring killing method above, but thats a last resort... it can ruin you lock
