CIA lockpicking manual

I found this manual:
http://hotfile.com/dl/31526474/b63e4dd/
Basic stuff, but a newbie could learn a lot.

I was in the barnes and noble bookstore, and looked at a book about the CIA technical services dept. there were a lot of old anecdotes about the old days when they were rigging cameras with ducttape and bubble gum. and stories about how they found the cavity resonator that was planted in the US moscow embassy in the 1946 and discovered in 1954, and how all their 'high tech' bugs were not more than what a few guys could cook up with parts from radioshack.
The index mentioned two references to lockpicking, just two mentions on two pages, they said that the CIA dosent do lockpicking because its "an art". They tend to rely on coopting someone who can get them a copy of the key. That sort of thing.
Also the FBI's lockpicking guy, the one who was busted opening the FBI employees credit union safe in the headquarters I forgot this guys name but theres an article on him in the blackbag by barry wels. a few years back.

If you want the file without the extra 5MB photo that was included to bump up the file size you can find it here.

:D
I had some serious problems posting a link too.
Use the "preview"-button to check what you´re about to post.
And Josh, I´m not the one who shares the file. I don´t want to wake in some Turkish or Hungarian no-name CIA prison for leaking their seacret documents.

That document has been floating around for years, and obviously wasn't written by the CIA. :D

However, it obviously wasn't written by any of the people posting links to it in this thread. Posting up other people's copyrighted works is generally frowned upon here... so I'm not sure that it's worth much more of people's efforts to try to get a working link posted into this thread. (People could just as easily find it through Google if they're really that curious.)

Just saying...

I did check the preview that looked ok but when I clicked submit it disappeared, maybe the forum software censors certain text??

There was a warez complaint about this thread, but after looking into it I honestly can't say I see anything copyrighted here. Unless someone can show me or another mod something concrete, I don't see any reason to delete the links.
