A 2in1 universal pick. Or do you all use t bar tensioners with overlifting wires, I've not a curtain lever lock laying about to try it on today, I can wait till I get more stock to try but wanted some input

What type of pick is it, something like the ICL one? If it's not an actual curtain pick then forget about it... you can't pick a curtain lock with a standard 2in1 although it's possible (and sometimes more reliable) to pick one with wires :D

You *could* but you'd have to modify the 2-in-1 pick a fair amount in order to do so, since the curtain gets in the way of the picking arm. You really want the picking wire to be separate from whatever you are using as a curtain tensioner in my experience since this allows you to get around low levers by being able to move the wire around and more specifically at different angles.

You can pick them with wires - it's a pain to tension adequately I find, but it's definitely possible.

You could also look at what a curtain pick actually does and fashion a pick out of a tensioner and some wire - getting a tensioner that doesn't interfere too much is partly the key to picking them imho. :)

Maybe with really old curtain locks but the new stuff you will find all the levers rest right on the curtain wheel and need 'digging' under to get them started.

Use the right tool for the job if you want to succeed
