You *could* but you'd have to modify the 2-in-1 pick a fair amount in order to do so, since the curtain gets in the way of the picking arm. You really want the picking wire to be separate from whatever you are using as a curtain tensioner in my experience since this allows you to get around low levers by being able to move the wire around and more specifically at different angles.
You can pick them with wires - it's a pain to tension adequately I find, but it's definitely possible.
You could also look at what a curtain pick actually does and fashion a pick out of a tensioner and some wire - getting a tensioner that doesn't interfere too much is partly the key to picking them imho.
