This lock was never intended to be taken apart. On the bottom of the lock, the brass is crimped over the spring-top-pin part of the cylinder. This crimping can be knocked loose by steadily tapping the cylinder out with a shackle width punch through the shackle hole. You can also try tapping the shackle inward and it might knock the cylinder out. If you can get it out without deforming the back of the cylinder, it can be placed back into the lock easily and the bottom peened over again. With the cylinder out rekeying is easy.
