Short answer: there is one: Evva MCS.
There is now known non-destructive opening methods. At least now known for the public, for the locksmiths, and not even for the enthusiastic lock lovers like myself. There are rumours(!) of the STASI opening them, but they (allegedly) "cheated" with tryout keys and don't forget had the full resources and backing of a nation-state, so... Anyhow unless you are CIA and stuff there is no opening an EVVA MCS without destruction. And even if you are the CIA it's an open question, I'd even risk saying dubious.
It's not just resistant to picking as it stands now it's unpickable.
