Try going to a locksmith shop and ask to buy a couple of springs. It is always good to have a spare.
Another option is Home Depot, if they have one in your area. Go to the door lock section. They usually have a person there who is tasked with rekeying locks that you purchase. There should be some springs in their rekey kit.
NOTE: Don't tell them (at either place) that you pick locks. Just say that you took apart your lock to see how it works, and that a couple springs launched themselves, and you can't find them. If you make it sound funny, so much the better. They will probably laugh and hand you a couple.
