The other (a circular padlock - brand is Goldwall) won't even let the key slide in. The lock worked absolutely smoothly yesterday and the key is not bent or anything like that. Also, I can't figure out where this very faint blue powdery residue came from. Maybe it was always there and I just never noticed...
I jut wanted to see what others thought since I definitely don't feel very safe at the moment wondering what's going on.
Would massively appreciate if anyone tell me whether I'm being paranoid or rightly concerned.

I may be wrong here , but some vandals in my area have been putting blue locktite in a number of locks, and when dried it leaves a plastic like residue and some blue powdery stuff that shows up after the key has been run in and out a few from times trying to open the lock
It could be worse, they could have used another color that would have been much harder
to break loose.
