Got a question about key machines? not sure what to buy? need a user manual? have some tips for keeping one running well or need help cutting or programming keys? Post here!
Hi there I own a medium size diy store & we have a key cutting section where we cut house & automotive keys. I've been approached by a local ford specialist that I cut a few keys for & he's asked me to supply him with chipped & programmed ford tibbe keys. I can get quite a lot of work from him but to be able to do this I would need to be able to clone his existing transponders. Can anyone advise me what type of cloning tool will program the ford chips. Any help appreciated, jim.
Ok thanks anyway. I've spoke to a few people with the Bianchi copiers & they've told me their machines can do them but you have to use the electronic key heads. I'm just wanting to use the ordinary old style tibbe blue chip keys. Does anyone know of a machine that will do these ?

You need to use the programmable keys if you are trying to clone a working key... With the standard OEM keyblanks you cut the key and then have to use a programming tool with the vehicle's PIN number to add the new key to the vehicle's computer...
