The thin cutter is for steel keys, like safe deposit boxes and old lever tumbler locks use
the cutter tracer has a particular profile, it is best if you buy the cutter that matches the tracer
as well as possible, but you can likely get more cutters. Nice score, I love those older key machines
Other parts are prolly gonna be harder to find, like a new cutter shaft, the bushings can be found at
ENCO (1-800-use-enco) or they may even forward you to MSC, both of these places sell machine shop
tooling and materials.
Far as the "Duplex" not being a popular model, I have 2 duplex machines in my shop, it just depends
on whether you cut steel keys or not. Many times you can cut barrel & bit keys with the steel cutter
blade as well, I know I use my duplex machines for making keys to old padlocks all the time.
