Here is another type, from a display case of a safe shop haunted by me whenever there is time. My friend removed that years ago.

Be careful, those old gas vials are pretty rare and can go for quite a bit to collectors.

The owner is talking about having me remove it perminently. I have now removed and replaced it 3 times. If I do get to perminently remove them, I WILL NOT keep them around. I would be interested in offers.

I've removed a few of these over the years. I contacted my local fire dept to see how they should be disposed of and they told me toss them in the dumpster.
