Hey,
Not sure if this is the right forum for this but, I have a safe, that is secured by a camlock (Medeco)
The safe itself is made of thick steel, and would require a torch to get in...Or sitting there for a while with a grinder.
The only easy / fast way of entry that i can gather is to take a chisel againt the exposed camlock on the front.
Ive seen numerous videos of people putting a chisel against the base of the camlock and the safe door, and with a few whacks of a hammer, it falls to peices.
My camlock is a Medeco M3, and I would imagine it is made of high strength steel, but I sitll think a hardneded chisel may be able to do the job,
Anybody know of a good way of reinforcing the camlock visible to the front against a physical attack?
I was thinking something like those little metal tubes you see on the back of hotel TV's that guard the coax cable from being unscrewed....
Anyone have any ideas? THANKS!
