Writing the way you do makes you stand out like a prom queen in a biker bar - not good...
Unless you're one of the bikers?

Seriously though, SFGOON is correct - a little in the way of spelling, punctuation marks and the odd capital letter to denote the start of a sentence really makes it a lot easier to understand what you're getting at. Many of the posters here are a little older than your average SMSer and were brought up in the days when spelling was considered not just useful but a life skill and funnily enough, they're often the ones who provide the most comprehensive and useful answers to questions. For your (and this applies to any posters) best interests if you address your question in a way which the old fuddy-duddies can understand you're a lot more likely to get an answer and for everyone's best interests your questions will be searchable using the correct spelling of words. I know I'll be searching for this post by the words 'wat', 'iam', 'sears' and 'ur' if I ever need to find it again but it'd really be a lot easier to search for if you spelt correctly to start with.
Don't take this as an attack - take it as constructive criticism. As a suggestion, if you don't know how to spell a particular word, go look it up and try and remember it. There are dozens of online dictionaries and you can even plug the word in Google and you'll often be given the correct spelling. I say this for your benefit - try and picture the face of the guy (more than likely an old fuddy-duddy) looking at your job application when every second word is misspelt.
This post has been brought to you by the letter 'h', the period (.) and the [Shift] key...
PS.
Wat - this is a temple in Thailand.
Iam - Ian's brother?
Sears - a store in America I believe.
UR - short for unrestricted.
