So whats your exact question? How to remove the cylinders on the padlocks that are unlocked or help picking the 10 that are locked?
Southord makes a nice set of picks just for those mechanisms, willing to spend about $40 bucks?
Where will you get new cylinders that are very specific to those lock bodies?
Post pics of the unlocked padlock looking down the shackle hole, if you read this thread you probably saw the parts diagram I posted with insructions for removing the core.
