I really cant tell you all how much a appreciate the positive feedback thank you.

When i polished this lock a year ago i kept thinking to myself "this is gonna be cool" but i never wanted to show it to anyone because i always thought people would say things like, what a waste of a collector's item, or its supposed to be a military padlock but your not hiding that thing from anyone, etc. But when i saw Gordon's post about "lock picking to much on your mind" i thought why not share it.

If i knew when i started how long it was going to take & how much sand paper i would have to buy then i would not of have done it.

When I was a kid I polished the brass padlock that locked the basement door. It was the most shining padlock I've ever seen... until now!

The hi shear is made of some kind of stainless alloy that they haven't told anybody what it is exactly.
