picks only take a sec to replace in it, you can order replacement picks or blanks and make your own tool.
the only thing I am not overly happy with is the tension tool but it works as good as any BOK tension that comes with a pick set.
I'll have to agree with pretty much everything blue60 said about that set. I've tried every folding pick set I've been able to find over the years and that Southern Specialties set is the only one I ever found that I liked, although I prefer the aluminum handled version over the plastic.
You can get the aluminum one with "regular" picks or their euro slimline picks, and as blue60 said, they're easily replaceable and spares are available and inexpensive. I still carry a couple of my favorite tension tools as well as I like them better than the included ones.
