Good day. I am hopeful someone can start me on the right direction.
I have two machines that I am looking to restore and display.
1) Keil 1 1/2 (with motor)
2) National model 200 (with a light shaft screw port on the back)
What I have done so far as for looking is:
I have checked Google patents. Some returns but I am unable to find anything possible due to search terms of "Keil model 1 1/2 or National 200"
I have done Google searches which has pointed me to a website "Simon says". I don't want to waste his time as this is just a hobby and not a business nor am I a locksmith. I am thinking I might have to ask him about membership if I am not able to find anything out.
I have searched this forum under old machines and am reading that the national model 200 is the same as a Cole 200? not sure.
What I am looking for on both machines is the following:
who: made
where: made
when: made (year)
( I am unable to attach photos at this time so ill understand if age identification is hard.)
Hopefully that will help me narrow down an exploded view or manual as well as any other information that will help in the tear down and restore.
I do know the information might be lost due to age of machines.
The Keil 1 1/2 is a real beauty but needs some TLC as well as help with a "shut off switch" fix as it doesn't shut off when carriage is returned.
As said I am going to display as well as have planed to frame and place above the machines the exploded view.
If anyone is able to help or point in the right direction I thank you.
If not sorry for wasting anyone's time.
Respectfully
