that's an interesting lock, I wonder what it is for. Looks very custom and industrial, like a vending lock, something for a 18 wheelers king pin, or perhaps a gate or roll down shutter gate.
the core is a generic knock off of a Kaba Gemini lock mechanism. look up Kaba Gemini Dimple Lock on google. Could be a Sargent Keso cylinder as well.

usually custom stuff like this is made by vending lock companies such as L.A.I or baton or E.S.D. but I dont know which company uses an upsidedown triangle with a B in the middle as their logo.
which state/country are you located in? what kind of parking lot was this. would large trucks or machines park at this parking lot? is it a very rough neighborhood? I ask because this is more than likely sold as a high security lock.
