You dont know the entire story, so lets not jump to false conclusions, I know more of the story and can tell you its legit. Im gonna pull the pics from his post per his request though so people dont run wild with speculations.

Your main concern will be probate court and notifying next of kin if there were any listed in any wills. There is probably a statute of limitations on how long any family members would have to claim or distribute any properties such as the safe contents so if enough time has passed it may all be yours clean and clear but Im no lawyer nor do I want to armchair lawyer you right now. Id say dont bother telling anyone and enjoy the loot. Its not like you found a million dollars. Just my opinion.
