is metal ring on rimlock a "fixing rose"?

i asked a seller if their evva rimlocks will come with the metallic ring just like my old multlock junior rimlock, seen here:

the seller's reply is as follows:
" it will come with a fixing rose, Hope this helps."

however when i searched for fixing rose on google images, all it shows is alot of door knobs and door handles.

so is the metallic ring on rimlock called a fixing rose?

The photo you shared is from a strange perspective and I cannot tell if this ring is flat or three dimentional.

How would you use that ring?

use Google Image Search and look up "free spinning rim cylinder collar" is that the same as your ring? is there a spring washer inserted inside yours?

here is a UK ebay seller who calls it a "fixing ring" which makes more sense, they just probably called it rose by mistake

i tried using my old nokia cellphone to take a pic of my collar, but it always comes out very blurry, seen here:

i was trying to buy this evva rimlock from them, but their listing only showed an image of the rim cylinder, minus the cylinder collar. so i emailed them to inquire as to whether or not the collar would be included, but in all subsequent emails that he sent me, he tells me that a "fixing rose" will be included. i want to ask him for clarification but i don't want to make him angry because he probably would think that he already answered it.

Fixing rose is the term used in the UK for the collar.
