lol, are you trying to break into a Standard 600 FST coin change maker machine at the local laundromat? I am not sure you'll be able to get through those high security Medeco Biaxial lock cylinders. Why is the Medeco and Biaxial logo photoshopped out? This isn't sus at all....

Also... "impressioning tool that matches this lock"... ???

Quite right! If people pick locks on these machines and steal the money laundromats etc would give up having these machines and everyone would suffer.
Funny that the quarter is USA's highest denomination coin in general circulation when many countries have produced higher denomination coins replacing same denomination banknotes. On the odd occasion when I visit USA I hoard all the quarters that come my way for use in laundromats etc.

Just came back from a trip to Portugal. Smallest paper note was 5 euro. Coins in 2 euro, 1 euro, and most importantly, 50 cents euro (used for access to most public restrooms). Finally had a use for the coin pocket in my jeans.
It's a good day when I learn something new.

Couldn't crawl under door or is it different in Portugal??

I imagine you're thinking of a room with a set of stalls. I never saw anything like that. Either a turnstile setup to get into a bathroom area, or individual rooms, each with a pay to enter device. Where there was a turnstile, there was a person to make sure no one either jumped over, or did the reverse turn to enter. And IMHO fifty cents to use a maintained bathroom is cheap and I'd happily support that in the US as well. There are far too many places where you've got to rely on the local coffee cafe to let you use their bathroom. In my area we now see such bathrooms controlled by a punchcode and you need to ask the barista for the code. This to keep the non-customers out.
It's a good day when I learn something new.
