Hi new guy needs some help

Hi i'm a complete noob. About 2 hours ago i was locked out my house and i wished i could pick locks so here i am. I am wondering how to get my hands on a set of picks but I am only 15 and if my mum new she would probably kill me so preferably somewhere that does not require a debit or credit card. (i am only a kid so i dont have a debit or credit card). I have read the MIT Guide to Lock picking and the how stuff works "how lock picking works". These sites have helped me alot but i would like to actually do some practical lock picking. Any advice??

Hmmm, my bad, I havent read alot of the stickys, and I defanatly dont know their url, and im to lazy to check if they are by going to them.
