Yes tomush is right. if the barrel will turn with the rest of the key you can remove it by depressing the release. if I remember rightly this is at one click i think your reference is ilco

I use the silca ref WAS13R, if its the same blank it's difficult to remove with a normal extractor but a spiral extractor should work.
but be prepared for a frustrating time
just thought, if you can pull the key back till it comes up against the tumbler, then insert the rest of the blank slowly and at the same time put slight turning pressure on the key, you should be able to line it up and turn the barrel
this sounds like a lot of messing about but its saved my neck loads of time
