Hi, I've been playing with a couple Yale deadbolt locks on different doors, and while I can pick the lock and get the plug to rotate, I can't make the latch move. I hit a stop after about a 3/4 turn and no matter how hard I push, I just bend my tension wrench. I tried using the edge of another key, but that just bent the key! Am I not applying enough force? Should I use a screwdriver? I'm fairly sure I'm turning the right way, but I would appreciate any suggestions.
