Hey all, quick question/theory.
With the abloy classic, the discs dont have a locking bar (like protec) .
So with the discs, if they can be individually rotated, would a "fibre" pick do the job of picking the lock.
My theory was, if the individual disc is rotated by something resembling a miniature bottle brush, there would be minimal friction on the discs, so when the gate lines up, that particular disk will stop rotating and the pick would simply brush over it. The turning of the "fibre" pick would continue until all the discs are aligned, hence opening the lock. The pick would have an end which would turn the last disc (fixed to mechanism) and the bottle brush part would be on a hollow tube(going over the actual pick) to allow rotation of the discs before the actual lock was turned.
Any thoughts/coments would be highly appreciated
